Our technician was said, who was prompt, courteous, creative, and willing to work with me and accomodate my requests he made creative use of several unusual tools we had on hand (like a snake pole) to extricate what turned out to be an abandoned birds' nest in our vent exhaust, and did a good job giving us a makeshift.
